”Based in Dudley, Alloy Heat Treatment is the leading name in the heat treatment of aluminium alloys, and we are currently looking to expand our prestigious “Rectification department” Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. Starting off on days for training, you will eventually go in to a 3-shift pattern which consists of days ,afternoons and nights averaging 37.5 hours a week. The work can be physically demanding but equally very rewarding. As a person you will be physically fit, self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail.
