Midland Deburr and Finish Ltd is a family run business established in 1999, specialising in a Sub Contract component Finishing Service to a range of customers including Automotive and Aerospace industries.
There is a position available for a full-time Production Operative to join our team in Lye, Stourbridge. We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent individual who does not mind hard work, who is keen to work with us as we continue to grow our business.
As a General Operative you will be required to operate different types of machinery and move heavy goods around a busy shop floor. Areas of work can include jigging and un-jigging parts, operating various vibratory deburring bowls and general labouring, completing process paperwork and following work instructions. This position does involve lifting, manual work and manipulation tasks.
Candidates will need to be able to show experience in similar industries and we must be able to gain at least two references covering 5 years of employment.

You will also need to be flexible and manage your time effectively as well as prioritising workload in an efficient manner.

Working hours 40 hours per week with overtime available.
Salary £8.91 to £9.71 per hour subject to experience.
