Description

We are looking an experienced Internal Sales Account Coordinator to join our company and a vibrant, developing team. The purpose of the role is to look after existing customers and develop new ones to drive the continual growth.

DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Record and manage all customer prospects / sales leads and activity updates on the internal systems
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide regular reports to management, demonstrating daily, weekly and monthly progress of sales and quotation leads and to support in any ad hoc project as requested
  • Respond to and resolve of customer queries or refer to appropriate departments

 

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE:

  • Confident and experienced in B2B & an OEM sales function
  • Self-driven and wanting to succeed with drive, enthusiasm and ability to work on own initiative
  • Proactive and positive approach to the role, with a resilient attitude and a passion for sales and
  • Able to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
  • Experience in an Account / Sales type role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel with experience in writing communications
