Polisher: £25,500 per annum
As a Polisher you will have the opportunity to work in a historic family run business in Birmingham, utilising innovative technology and processes.
The Role Working as a metak part Polisher you will :
• Identify defects in part work,
• Use various types of tooling to polish parts.
• Prepare parts for painting.
A positive and dynamic attitude is essential for this role, as well as being hard working and willing to go the extra mile. Candidates will go through a 1 stage interview process with a skills test.
You will be paid an annual salary of £25,500, which is paid on the last Friday of each month.
You will be working a day shift 06 : 45-16 : 30, and an average of 37 hours per week over the year.
The 37 hour average over the year is made up of 3, 4 and 5 day working weeks, where you will receive a fixed monthly salary regardless of days worked.
The facility is currently operating a day shift, however this is likely to change to a 2 shift system in the future, so flexibility will be required moving into 2022 and beyond
