We are looking for an enthusiastic, target orientated individual who has already gained sales success within a business to business environment. The role of Sales Executive involves proactive sales to gain new business, as well as developing existing customer relationships.
You will take responsibility for the sales process from lead generation, processing customer enquiries through to order management, ensuring consistent excellent customer service throughout. Working from our offices in South Birmingham (B47) it would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative but also happy to work within a team environment.
Key Skills
- Customer focused and intent on giving excellent customer service
- Good listening, communication and telephone selling skills
- Ability to prioritise with good time management skills
- Strong administration skills with good attention to details.
