Job Ad – Sales Support Engineer

Are you our next Sales Support Engineer?
Your Tasks
- Proactively call existing and new customers to improve customer service and increase aftermarket sales.
- Work with external sales and marketing team to develop strategies that generate leads, attract new customers and ultimately increase sales
- Provide technical support to sales admin team and external sales team
- Project leader for implementation of Salesforce CRM
- Driving utilisation of new CRM system, taking a data driven approach to improve sales efficiency of the external sales team.
- Update company website regularly with local content.
Your Profile
- Technical background with experience in sales environment
- Not afraid to pick-up the phone and call customers, hunter mentality.
- Must be a success-orientated, driven, ambitious individual
- Must have a qualification in Engineering or be able to demonstrate a good level of technical aptitude
- Experience with vacuum pumps/technology is extremely desirable
- Experience with Salesforce is extremely desirable
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
What you can expect
- Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 +commission
