Description
Service Engineer We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves the repair and maintenance of our industrial vacuum furnaces, so you must have a good working knowledge of these machines. As the Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring uptime and reliability of the vacuum furnaces.
You will also be required to provide technical support, troubleshooting and problem solving as needed. You must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Served an apprentship
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
• A valid driver’s license
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Performing inspections and repairs on our products, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Identifying and resolving customer complaints
• Providing technical support to customers
• Maintaining records of service and repair activities
• Assisting in the development and implementation of service procedures
