Job Description

The main purpose of the Stores Operative is to be responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of the companies stores and stock facilities

Our Stores Operatives are expected to deliver the following:

  • Accurate booking in and storage of stock delivered to site
  • Packing of all stock for offsite delivery
  • Booking of transportation
  • Stock control activities
  • Annual stock takes

The successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team
  • Adaptability
  • Flexibility
  • A pro-active approach

It is essential that candidates already hold counter-balance and reach fork lift truck licences.
