Description
Our Programme
As an Electronic Engineering graduate, you’ll take responsibility early on. You’ll be inquisitive, great at problem solving, thrive on new experiences, challenges and learning opportunities. You’ll have wide access to all aspects of the business so this isn’t a typical engineering role.
Over a two-year rotational programme, you’ll gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our business and the wider industry. You’ll work through four different placements including production and engineering.
From day one, you’ll be encouraged and supported. You’ll take ownership of fast-paced projects – and enjoy on-the-job training and workshops, to further develop your skills.
At the end of the programme you’ll have the chance to move on to a permanent role and then you can expect opportunities to accelerate your career based upon your performance .
Who we’re looking for

You won’t mind rolling your sleeves up to help make things better or removing barriers to get the job done. You’ll be passionate and self-motivated too!
