We are happy to announce another open position in our dynamic team. We are currently looking for an Industrialisation Engineer.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring product quality and performance.

The Industrialisation Engineer will:

  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure equipment, materials, and components, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and risk assessments to evaluate manufacturing concepts and identify optimal solutions.
  • Design and implement production lines, workstations, and equipment layouts to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve manufacturing-related issues and improve process performance.

 

The Industrialisation Engineer will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrialization engineering roles within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for process design and analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
