In addition to your university studies, FANUC are pleased to offer the opportunity to support the UK and Ireland marketing functions of this global business. The chosen candidate will assist with ongoing marketing projects for a variety of departments and will gain knowledge and experience in social media, press relations, digital advertising and more.
Duties:
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks
• Assist with the planning and coordination of campaigns
• Analysis of ongoing campaigns
• Preparation and support for trade shows and in-house shows
• Maintaining and monitoring marketing materials, customer gifts etc.
• Support the production of internal communication bulletins
• Answering questions and instilling confidence
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications or a similar field
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
• Good understanding of latest marketing trends and techniques
• An analytical mind
• Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people
• The ability to take on responsibility and handle pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions
• Accurate and clear written skills when producing content
• Methodical and well organised
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients
• Excellent people skills and a friendly manner
Hours: 1-2 days pw (to be agreed to fit around studies)
Salary range: £9.50ph to £10.50ph
Contract: Fixed term for up to 12 months
