Description: The primary role of the CAD drawer is to provide a viable nest to meet our customer & Servosteel’s requirements.
The ability to draw profile parts for both Laser cutting & folding to customer specifications & nest them to achieve the best sheet utilisation is key.
Effective and efficient communication with the Laser Service team and customers is essential for this position.
Principal requirements:
1. The ability to draw in a CAD system. You will have experience of Auto Desk/Inventor or similar 3D packages.
2. The ability to nest profiles to ensure we maximise sheet usage.
3. The ability to interpret technical drawings.
4. Communicate well with customers.
5. Provide resolutions to customer queries.
6. Experience of the laser and folding market is essential.
7. Knowledge of products and material specifications.
8. Highly Motivated.
9. Excellent attention to detail.
10. Able to work in a team.
11. Carrying out other duties as you may be requested by management.
