We offer a basic salary of £35k and £50k OTE with an uncapped commission package.
Full-time: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Part-Time: also possible at 4 days; pro-rata basic salary
Holidays : Full time : 22 days + bank holidays, three additional “Made in Days” over Christmas period; Part-time: Pro-rata.
Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Membership Manager to join our Midlands based team, who wish to progress their career in professional B2B sales. You will negotiate at boardroom level and won't be afraid of the activity required to make that happen. Successful candidates would be expected to help us grow the membership and build and manage new members via online and face to face engagements. The job is very rewarding and would give anyone joining our business an opportunity to learn about industry and the local economy in a way that would greatly strengthen their business acumen.

Role requirements :
- Driving licence and a car as you will be expected to visit clients for meetings.
Job Purpose
- Significantly grow our membership base in Midlands by conducting online sales presentations and face to face meetings with non-members and educating them of the benefits of Made in the Midlands membership. This would be done by using all your sales skills and by being dynamic and working as part of the team
- Your primary focus will be new business; in time, you may also be given existing accounts to look after ensuring existing members receive excellent client care
- Deliver, if not exceed your personal financial targets and KPIs.
KPI’s
- Opening KPI’s based on all employment types - 18 sales meetings per month including 5 face to face; 2 sales of any membership tier per month
- KPI’s will increase upon successful trial period
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience of working with and influencing clients at director level is essential
- Insight into and understanding of UK manufacturing is a distinct advantage
- Customer centric sales ethos is critical
- Strong numerate and analytical skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills at all levels
- Good understanding of key business areas, including solid commercial acumen
- High degree of self-reliance and self-motivation
- Full and clean driving licence
