Offering their services to a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Steel/Metal processing.
This employer is based in ELLAND, just a few miles from the M62, meaning the successful Sales Administrator will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield, Oldham, Rochdale, Dewsbury and Leeds.
On offer to the Sales Administrator:
- Annual salary is between £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience & abilities
Holiday Allowance: 33 Days including public holidays - Statutory pension scheme

The internal sales role will suit a motivated individual and basic duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing quotations through our cloud-based CRM system
- Providing internal sales support to the external Account Managers
- Offering product assistance and technical support to our worldwide customer base
- Making product selections based on customer requirements and application details
- Ensuring all quotations are completed in line with KPI target lead times
- Entering orders on the Oracle ERP system
- Progress chasing of outstanding orders
Requirements of the Sales Administrator
You will have a technical mindset and be experienced within an engineering environment, ideally power transmission. You will also have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Previous experience in a technical sales office
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Computer literacy is essential with experience of Microsoft applications
- Ideally the Internal Sales administrator will have some Power Transmission experience
Working Hours of the Sales Administrator:
- 37 Per week spread across a regular day shift
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 16:45
