Description

We are looking for a confident individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude to assist our busy and fast paced sales team.

We pride ourselves on delivering great customer service on a daily basis and your role would support the sales team and other departments to do so.

You will be fully supported, we have full training available.

Key Responsibilities · Fielding incoming calls to the sales team · Requesting cost prices from external suppliers · Internal calls for stock checks and prices within the Aalco group · Scanning warehouse paperwork · General office day to day support - Ensuring after sales paperwork process has completed · Checking customer orders are processed on time and correctly · Ensuring communication between staff is ongoing and effective · Dealing with invoice queries Personal Attributes and Skills .
