Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and drive the adoption and expansion of DynamxMFG within the manufacturing sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the benefits of DynamxMFG software.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and Prospect: Identify potential SME manufacturing clients who can benefit from DynamxMFG's capabilities. Understand their specific needs and pain points.


Sales Development: Impact and execute a comprehensive sales plan to promote and sell DynamxMFG, emphasizing its ability to increase productivity, reduce waste, decrease carbon emissions, and create jobs requiring digital technology skills.


Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.


Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of DynamxMFG software, staying updated on its features, benefits, and industry trends.


Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how DynamxMFG can add value to their manufacturing operations.


Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns. Close sales and achieve revenue targets.


Post-sale Support: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients. Continuously follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.


Market Research: Stay informed about the manufacturing industry, competitor products, and market trends. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.




Proven track record in sales, particularly in software or technology sales.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges faced by SME manufacturers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Knowledge of manufacturing software and technology is a plus.
