Due to our continued success and our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager -Spares to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional salesperson with demonstrable success within the aerospace sector who is looking to join a newly developed UK sales team where they can have a real impact. What will you be doing? As the Senior Sales Manager -Spares your focus will be on achieving organic sales revenue & margin targets through selling current and new value propositions to airlines, third-party MRO service providers andMilitary end users via our distribution channelsto attract organic volume at an optimized price. As a critical member of the team you'll enjoy the full breadth of a sales role from developing sales campaigns, attending trade shows and preparing/delivering complex proposals with the autonomy to identify and deliver upon the growth opportunities. What will you need to know? You'll already have a strong understanding of theaerospace industry and epxerience in developing relationships via distribution partners with demonstrable success managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts within a technical selling environment. As a 'natural' leader and influencer you'll use your refined communication skills, broad commercial awareness to quickly develop strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
