Invicta Bakeware manufacture all types of bakeware.

Racks are manufactured from 1.2mm box section with 1.2, 1.5 or 2.0mm runners welded to them, tacks are assemble using TIG welding method and are clean and have castors added as part of the process, within this production cell, we also fabricate tables, trollies and much light stainless steel fabrication generally in 304 grade stainless steel.

In the tray production Cell, we manufacture many types of trays which require, punching, laser cutting, folding welding and in some cases have cups locked into them. We use a variety of material in 0.9, 1.2, 1.5 ,2.0, 2.5 and 3.0mm gauge material, this can be Alusteel, mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium, quantities can range from1 or two up to batches of 1500 depending on customer demand.

We have other more specialised cells which this job role can grow into for the right person, these cells are:

  • Cake tin manufacture, working with tin plate.
  • Bread tin manufacture, working with 0.8 Aluminissed steel
  • Bread tin assembly (straps) assembling the above into multi use bread tins
  • Spinning, spinning many different cups in different materials
  • Pressings, these are for our tray locking, which we have the patent

Applicants for this role should have experience in thin sheet metal fabrication (0.6mm to 3mm) in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium and Alusteel (a mild steel coated material). Experience in MIG and/or TIG welding of the above materials and thicknesses is also desirable.

There are opportunities to work within a variety of production cells and training will be given on various types of machinery.
