We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our talented Consumer Sales team based at our offices in Guiseley, Leeds.
With a strong focus on building and maintaining an excellent rapport with our customers throughout their Stiltz journey – no cold calling, no pushy sales. You will be a confident, customer focused and empathetic individual with proven B2C telesales experience.

What you will do as a Telesales professional:
- Receive incoming direct sales enquiries via phone, website, email and referral partners.
- Convert warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach.
- Create your own sales opportunities from our existing customer enquiries, setting appointments for our Sales Surveyors.
- Maintain regular B2C contact and touch-point frequency with existing leads, build and maintain product/sales focus with our customers.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience ensuring our customers are highly satisfied at every opportunity.
As a Stiltz Telesales professional you will need:
- Inbound and/or Outbound Telesales experience
- Ability to create excellent rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Full IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
