Can you give us some background on your career and what led to you joining E3 Recruitment?
I started my career in engineering after joining the Royal Air force at the age of 18. I left after 6 years to pursue a career at Cummins Turbo Technologies, I worked there for 17 years as a leading engine technician, before briefly working for Medexs as a service manager. We designed and manufactured canopies to install in operating theatres all over the UK.
Although this is my first experience in the recruitment industry, I believe I have a lot of transferable skills and technical insight to assist me in matching the right candidate to the role.
