Since we moved into our new office at the beginning of February, E3R has welcomed seven new starters to its new Elland Head Quarters. Our newest team members include five Recruitment Consultants, a Training Manager, and a Digital Marketing Executive. Meet our newest team members here (left to right):
Conor is a Recruitment Consultant in the General Manufacturing team. Prior to working in recruitment, he worked in Business Development within the automotive industry. Having worked in sales, Conor has great interpersonal skills. He also has experience of working in manufacturing, so this has given him knowledge of the trade jobs he recruits for.
Ryan joins the Construction Materials team within E3R as a Recruitment Consultant, supporting a number of key clients with the recruitment of maintenance engineers and managerial appointments. Prior to joining E3R Ryan enjoyed a successful career within the IT and Tech sector as a Lead Generation Manager, attaining and retaining high profile client relationships across the UK and Internationally.
Having previously worked within a hands-on engineering environment and over three years’ experience within an engineering recruitment capacity, Vytas brings a wealth of knowledge to E3R’s General Manufacturing division and has hit the ground running slotting into the team seamlessly.
Our new Training Manager Ross Elsdon began his career in recruitment before moving into training and development and has worked for multi-national recruiters Randstad and Search Consultancy. He is experienced in creating, implementing, developing, delivering and managing L&D programmes.
Following numerous years working in the automotive sector, Joe decided to move into recruitment where he now works in the white-collar General Manufacturing team. His main focus is permanent roles, recruiting for Design, Product Development and Quality Engineers, as well as Inspectors, Estimators and Sales positions.
Ellis joins HSQ Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, where he recruits for predominantly Construction roles. Ellis has previous recruitment experience recruiting for the manufacturing industry. He is passionate about working in construction, a constantly growing industry with huge capital investments.
Rosie is our qualified Digital Marketing Executive having received a distinction for her Level Four Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. She was previously responsible for an IT consultancy’s marketing before joining E3R’s marketing team where she leads on our social media platforms and websites.
