Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Warwick (CV34 6TE)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:45pm, Friday 08:00am to 12:30pm

Opportunity: Generate the Prototype build process for each project including identification of critical build items

Review product definition data on New,

Carry over & Modified Parts, ensuring that all assumptions are in line with the build phase expectations

Review the CAD to BOM alignment ensuring that all bridging parts are identified for items where they are not to production level design and/or where pedigree variance may be present

Work with the Vehicle Integration team to fully understand and help generate a detailed high level specification outlining the number of pedigree types and variations for a particular build phase

Work with Prototype Design Engineer to ensure bridging content is understood and fully tracked to enable procurement and fitment of parts

Review Prototype Build tooling requirements and track the design/procurement of all fixtures, jigs, lifting equipment, etc Ensure that all HV processes are clearly identified and documented for build activities

Compile pre-production “OK to Build” criteria, presenting the status at “OK to Build” events

Work with the Prototype coordinators to identify potential issues and work to resolve them before the Prototype build phase.

Work with engineers to resolve identified late supply parts and where possible, support any resultant containment actions Attend and support virtual build events,

DVP planning and analysis of design and development issues.

Monitor electrical integration methods ensuring that relevant support for Pre-production builds is agreed in advance of build

Complete root cause analysis on any build issues that require engineering resolution

Raise concerns where required to ensure that all build issues are resolved prior to production

Experience/Qualifications: Inventory management Good knowledge of CAD Entire vehicle build knowledge – Preferably with experience of commercial vehicles Strong technical skills and full knowledge of engineering fundamentals EV powertrain understanding at a high technical level

HV Health and Safety trained

Hands on experience with vehicle teardown and re-build

Extensive experience of integrating vehicle systems on prototype builds

Proven track record of delivering robust and sound engineering solutions to intricateproblems Failure investigations and problem solving Working across functional teams effectively to deliver viable solutions
